About Your Hosts

Two Michiganders walk into a bar in Charlotte… and accidentally start a movement. Both grew up in the same areas of Michigan, but never met until they were both living in Charlotte many moons later. Introduced by a mutual friend six years ago, Tori and Tina did what powerful women do best - share strategies, trade playbooks, and hype each other from afar.  ​Fast-forward... Tina reaches out to Tori for coaching as she gears up to leave a 20+ year career in corporate. Cue the spark, cue the match, cue the BANG! Tori helped Tina step into her own business - and Tina supported Tori's goal of sharing her voice on stage!  Not only a friendship in life, but also a togethership in business.

They both ditched their corporate armor, built businesses, and realized something big: the power of collaboration over competition. So instead of running parallel, they lift together - sharing lessons, amplifying each other’s brands, and building rooms where more women win.
